I’ve been guiding success in organizations with Agile since 2001, and I’ve held my Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) designation since 2010. I teach my version of the Certified Agile Leadership Training (CAL1) across the world.

Before all that...

I failed and was fired multiple times in my career, even though I was doing normal “Agile Coaching”.

I realized if I'm going to ask leaders to grow, maybe I needed to look in the mirror.
